Nickel knitted wire mesh is mainly made of Ni200 and N5 material, a versatile filtration media used in a wide variety of industries and applications.

Nickel Knitted Mesh Features:

It is a highly durable and porous mesh material with high corrosion resistance and can be easily formed into any shape, this type of wire mesh is ideal for many applications including, but not limited to, strainers and filters, boiler screens, demisters, and gasifiers.

The physical specifications of nickel knitted wire mesh vary depending on the application. Typically, it has a thickness of 0.15 mm up to 5mm or more and is available in a range of sizes from 2mm up to 80mm.

Ni200 Nickel Knitted Mesh and N5 Nickel Knitted Mesh are nickel mesh specially designed for gas and liquid filtering and mist eliminating. The filter wire meshes are suitable for making demisters for special working conditions such as gas and oil treatment, internal-combustion engine filter elements and dust removers. The roll width ranges from 25mm to 600mm. The hole size and filtration rating can be custom made to meet specific requirements.
